1. Acceptance of Terms / 規約への同意

By downloading, installing, or using the Pitto application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Pittoアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。

2. Description of Service / サービスの概要

Pitto is a sports fan log application that allows users to overlay scores on sports photos, create match logs, and save them to their device. The App uses Firebase Authentication for account management and stores data locally on your device.

Pittoはスポーツ観戦写真にスコアをオーバーレイし、観戦ログを作成・保存するファンログアプリです。アカウント管理にはFirebase Authenticationを使用し、データは端末内にローカル保存されます。

3. User Accounts / ユーザーアカウント

• You may create an account using email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

アカウントはメール/パスワード、Appleサインイン、またはGoogleサインインで作成できます。アカウント情報の管理はご自身の責任となります。アカウントはアプリ内からいつでも削除できます。

4. User Content / ユーザーコンテンツ

You retain all rights to photos and content you create using the App. Pitto does not claim ownership of any user-generated content. All photos and match logs remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

本アプリで作成した写真やコンテンツに関するすべての権利はユーザーに帰属します。Pittoはユーザー生成コンテンツの所有権を主張しません。すべての写真および観戦ログは端末内に保存され、サーバーにアップロードされることはありません。

5. Photography Rules Compliance / 撮影規定の遵守

Users are responsible for complying with the photography and content sharing rules of each sports venue and league. Pitto provides tools optimized for current league guidelines but does not guarantee compliance with all regulations.

各スポーツ施設およびリーグの撮影・コンテンツ共有ルールの遵守はユーザーの責任となります。Pittoは各リーグの最新ガイドラインに最適化したツールを提供しますが、すべての規定への準拠を保証するものではありません。

6. Prohibited Uses / 禁止事項

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Using the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distributing content created with the App for commercial purposes in violation of league rules.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties / 免責事項

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、明示的または黙示的ないかなる保証もいたしません。アプリの中断、エラー、有害コンポーネントがないことを保証するものではありません。

8. Limitation of Liability / 責任の制限

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toku LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、Toku LLCは本アプリの使用に起因するいかなる間接的、偶発的、特別、または結果的損害について責任を負いません。

9. Changes to Terms / 規約の変更

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

本規約はいつでも変更できるものとします。変更は本ページへの掲載をもって効力を生じます。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用した場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
